Biffpack is the leading waste management industry based Compliance Scheme.

The Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) Regulations 2007 set targets for British industry for the recovery and recycling of packaging waste. Under the regulations, companies above thresholds for both turnover and the amount of packaging handled have the option of following the individual route and attempting to meet these targets themselves or of passing their obligations over to a Compliance Scheme.
